Capers

These beautiful unripened flower buds are bold in taste and intensely salty. As a Mediterranean plant, the caper bush is capable of withstanding salt water, giving the capers this special salty, floral and fruity flavor. They are hand picked, cured and classified by size, the smaller the caper, the finer it is.
